          Description
          OverviewRecombinant, truncated form of the v-Abl protein tyrosine kinase that contains the minimum region required for both kinase activity and fibroblast transformation expressed in E. coli. The catalytic domain of v-Abl is identical to that of c-Abl. Induces resistance to anti-cancer drugs by suppressing apoptosis, probably by upregulating Bcl-xL protein.
