          Description
OverviewRecombinant, murine lumican, consisting of amino acids 19-338, fused at the C-terminus to a His•Tag® sequence, and expressed in NS0-derived mouse myeloma cells. Lumincan a 40-kDa member of the small leucine-rich repeat proteoglycans (SLRPs) family/Class II subfamily of proteins. It is known for its ability to modulate collagen fibrillogenesis and role in cell proliferation regulation.
