          Description
          Overview A cell-permeable N-acetylated, C-hydroxamate derivative of a 14-mer peptide designed from the MEK-2 template that acts as a competitive inhibitor of Anthrax lethal factor (LF) metalloprotease (Ki = 1 nM). Also inhibits MEK-3 cleavage. Protects against Anthrax toxin induced cytotoxicity in RAW264.7 and J772.A1 cells.
