DescriptionMouse Recombinant TDG (Active Full Length)
OverviewMouse recombinant N-terminal His-tagged TDG expressed in SF9 insect cells and purified by Fast Protein Liquid Chromatography (FPLC).
Background InformationThymine DNA glycosylase (TDG) is a G/T mismatch-specific thymine-DNA glycosylase.. This enzyme corrects G/T mispairs to G/C pairs by hydrolyzing the carbon-nitrogen bond between the sugar-phosphate backbone of the DNA and a mispaired thymine. This enzyme can also remove thymine from C/T and T/T mispairs with lower efficiency.
