              OverviewThe staining method according to May-Grünwald is one of the standard techniques in hematological diagnostic procedures. The May-Grünwald's eosin methylene blue dye is a mixture of dry dyes used for the self-preparation of the May-Grünwald's staining solution. Like Wright's eosin methylene blue and Leishman's eosin methylene blue, it is used for staining of blood and bone marrow smears and clinical cytological specimens. The typical resulting color of cell nuclei is red to violet. As a CE-certified, IVD-registered product, it can be used in diagnostics and laboratory accreditations without constraints.
