Benzonase® endonuclease is a universal, genetically engineered endonuclease that provides a number of benefits over traditional methods for removing DNA and RNA from industrial production processes. Benzonase® is produced and exclusively marketed by Merck and its affiliates. This product has been used successfully in a variety of production processes where there is a need to remove DNA and RNA.
