In addition to ready-to-use staining solutions or staining kits, histological specimens need sufficient fixation, large volumes of high-quality solvents for tissue processing, embedding, the processes of deparaffinizing - dehydration - clearing, and finally a permanent mounting. For more eco-conveniance, a xylene substitute has been developed and more user-friendly temperature-stable paraffins are supplied. These auxillary products or universal reagents are required to keep the slides’ color stable for a long time, that demands a high level of quality. In addition to certificate of analysis, all the products are accompanied by a quality and process documentation, as they are CE-certified and IVD poducts.
