Lateral flow test for enterotoxigenic B. cereus
Duopath® Cereus Enterotoxins is an immunological screening and confirmation test for the human pathogen Bacillus cereus via its production of the major enterotoxins HBL and NHE. The test has a sensitivity of 6 ng / ml for NHE and 20 ng / ml for HBL. The test detects 100% of enterotoxigenic B. cereus after 24 h enrichment in CGY broth at 37°C.
