The MAS-100 NT^®

The MAS-100 NT^® microbial air samplers from Merck Millipore are reliable air monitoring systems developed on the Anderson impact principle for daily use. The air is aspirated through a perforated lid with 300 holes and propelled onto a culture medium in a standard 90-mm petri dish or a 60-mm contact plate. An advanced mass airflow sensor ensures a constant airflow rate (real time) of 100 l/min during microbial sampling and automatically makes appropriate adjustments if deviations occur with regard to lid perforation and air density. The MAS-100 NT^® microbial air sampler is available in five different versions for different applications. All versions meet ISO 14698-1 part 1 and part 2 requirements.

MAS-100 NT ^® / MAS-100 NT Ex^® - Portable and easy

The portable MAS-100 NT^® and MAS-100 NT Ex^® microbial air samplers were developed specially for use in the pharmaceutical industry and work with laminar flow velocity. These compact, advanced devices are the right choice for microbial air monitoring applications that require extremely high quality with an airflow accuracy of ± 2.5%.

The MAS-100 NT Ex^® is approved for use in a zone 2 explosion risk area according to SN-SEV (NIN).

MAS-100 CG Ex^®- Quick and accurate

The MAS-100 CG Ex^® system enables quick, simple and accurate testing of compressed gases for microbial contamination and is the only microbial sampler of its kind that is approved for use in zone 2 explosion risk areas. The MAS-100 CG Ex^® is calibrated using compressed air. Due to the unique mass airflow sensor, it is possible to test other gases (device preprogrammed for nitrogen, carbon dioxide oxygen and argon) simply based on a mathematical correction factor.

Consumables for use in MAS-100 Instruments
	The Merck Millipore Envirocheck®  plates have a diameter of 90 mm with a higher fill volume and so can be used for active determination of airborne microbes with the MAS-100® system. As these plates are triple-wrapped and gamma-irradiated, they offer a high degree of reliability for use in isolators and cleanrooms and can be stored on site at room temperature.
