 Recombinant Cu/Zn SOD was diluted in serial two-fold steps in PBS. The mean of three parallel titrations are plotted.    Data represents the mean Cu/Zn SOD concentration and the coefficient of variation for each sample. The overall intra-assay coefficient of variation was determined to be 5.1%.  Data represents the mean Cu/Zn SOD concentration and the coefficient of variation calculated on 18 determinations of each sample. The overall inter-assay coefficient of variation was determined to be 5.8%.  Percent recoveries of expected values. |
