Amino alcohols attached to 2-chlorotrityl resin
Amino alcohol supports are specially prepared to ensure that only O-linked products are obtained during resin derivatization. Cleavage can normally be effected using 5% TFA in DCM containing 5% TIS, or with 30% HFIP in DCM. These resins are useful tools for the synthesis of peptide alcohols.
