 Lanes 1, 2: Detection of human PARC/H7-AP1 by immunoblotting (Lanes 1 and 2). Samples: Whole cell lysate (40 µg) from untreated U2OS cells (Lane 1) or U2OS cells that stably express a short hairpin RNA (shPARC) against PARC/H7-AP1 (Lane 2). Primary antibody: Anti-PARC/H7-AP1 (900-950) Rabbit pAb (Cat. No. DR1028) (1:2500). Detection: chemiluminescence. Lanes 3, 4: Detection of human PARC/H7-AP1 by immunoprecipitation followed by immunoblotting. Samples: Whole cell lysate (500 µg) from untreated U2OS cells. Antibodies for IP: Normal rabbit IgG (2 µg/mg lysate) (Lane 3) and Anti-PARC/H7-AP1 (Cat. No. DR1028) (2 µg/mg lysate) (Lane 4). Immunoblotting conditions: same as Lanes 1 and 2. |
