Stains as little as 0.5 ng of protein per band. Background remains unstained, leading to exceptional band visibility. Stain can be easily removed with warm water, and Western blotting can proceed with no changes in protocol. Kit includes fixer reagent and developer sufficient to stain 25 12 X 12 cm2 blots.
