| Q. When do the product numbers change? |
| A. The new product numbers will be effective from 6th January 2010. |
| Q. What will the new numbers look like? |
| A. All numbers will start with 85. The product is identified by the first 6 digits. The last 4 digits represent the pack size. Example for Fmoc-Arg(Pbf)-OH (old number is 04-12-1145-100gm) 8520670100. |
| Q. What number format do I use to order Novabiochem® products? |
| A. You can use the full 10 digit number, which specifies the pack size (as above). Alternatively, you can use the first 6 digits and indicate the size separately e.g. use 852067 and 100 grams. |
| Q. What happens if I still order with the old Novabiochem® product numbers? |
| A. Our Customer Service team will make sure that your order will be processed in the regular way and that you receive the required product without delay. |
| Q. What is displayed on invoices and delivery notes? |
| A. Both old and new product numbers are displayed. |
| Q. Can I get a cross-reference list of the new and old product numbers? |
| A. Yes. Download cross-reference list. |
| Q. How do I search for Novabiochem® products on the web? |
| A. You can use either the new 6 digit number, or the old number format to search for products on the web. Alternatively, you can search by product name. |

| A. No. |
| Q. What will change in the new catalog? |
| A. The new Novabiochem® catalog displays the new product numbers, but has a cross-reference list to the old product numbers in the back. |
