 Detection of human PDH-E3α, phosphorylated at Ser293, by immunocytochemistry. Samples: HEK293 cells treated with DCA (bottom panels) or left untreated (top panels) and subsequently fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde. Primary antibody: PhosphoDetect™ Anti-PDH-E1α (pSer293) Rabbit pAb (Cat. No. AP1062) (1:500). Detection: fluorescence (red) using DAPI to counterstain the nuclei (blue) and AlexaFluor®-Phalloidin to counterstain actin filaments (green).  Detection of human PDH-E1α, phosphorylated at Ser293, by immunoprecipitation, followed by immunoblotting. Samples: Whole cell lysate (375 µg) from HEK293 cells.
