The Progesterone Receptor Total Bead Kit contains antibody-coated capture beads, biotinylated detection antibody and recombinant standard that together form the bead-based immunoassay for the quantitative detection of total progesterone receptor from human samples using the Luminex® xMAP®Platform.
The Progesterone Receptor Bead Kit enables the creation of customer-defined multiplexes from the tests assays that constitute the WideScreen Breast Cancer Panels* and is also available as a component of the pre-mixed WideScreen® Breast Cancer Panel 1 Complete Kit.
