A useful tool for the analysis of the phosphoproteome. Phosphate groups on peptides derived from tryptic (or other protease digests) interact specifically with immobilized Zirconium (IV) ions on the surface of magnetic particles. Captured and eluted phosphopeptides are ready for MS analysis.
Note: 1 kit is sufficient for up to 100 isolations of 2.5 nanomole phosphopeptide.
