Calmodulin antagonist. Also inhibits Ca2+/calmodulin-dependent phosphodiesterase. A potent and irreversible inhibitor of cAMP-gated cationic channels (IC50 = 13 µM). An inhibitor of hepatic ornithine decarboxylase activity.
