WideScreen® Rat Kidney Toxicity Panels offer new insights in pre-clinical drug safety screening studies by incorporating FDA and EMEA-listed nephrotoxicity biomarkers into a validated multiplex assay - enabling earlier and more sensitive detection of kidney damage.
WideScreen® Rat Kidney Toxicity Panel 1 is a pre-mixed multiplex bead kit of antibody-based assays for simultaneous quantification of five kidney damage biomarkers in rat: b2-microglobulin, GST-a, KIM-1, TIMP-1 and VEGF. The kit includes all the reagents and buffers needed to analyze the above proteins in rat urine using the Luminex®xMAP® System.
