For most separations of polar and hydrophilic compounds, the best choice is the SeQuant™ ZIC®-HILIC silica-based HPLC columns. Straightforward and reproducible separation is ensured by the zwitterionic stationary phase in these columns.
ZIC®-HILIC columns are available with 3 or 5 µm particles, with 100 or 200 Å pore size in various formats, from classical analytical and capillary columns to semi-preparative dimensions. In addition polymer-based ZIC®-pHILIC columns are available for the extra difficult applications demanding more extreme eluent conditions.
