Titrisol® Standards
Titrisol® standards are traceable to standard reference material from NIST.
Dilution of Titrisol® standards In preparing a dilution series, the standards should be diluted with the same concentration of acid as is in the standard itself. Tritisol® standards should be diluted to 1 l with 0.1 mol/l hydrochloric acid in the first step. Alternatively, 30 ml of 30% hydrochloric acid can be placed in a volumetric flask and made up to 1 l with distilled water. Further dilutions should then be made with distilled water.
