Detection of human PDH-E1α, phosphorylated at Ser300, by immunocytochemistry. Samples: HEK293 cells left untreated (top panels) or treated with dichloroacetate (lower panels). Primary antibody: PhosphoDetect™ Anti-PDH-E1α (pSer300) Rabbit pAb (Cat. No. AP1064) (1µg/ml).
