General description

mTOR is a serine/threonine kinase that integrates signals from nutrients, growth factors, and energy status to regulate cell growth and metabolism. Phosphorylation at Ser2448 reflects mTOR activation and its role in protein synthesis and autophagy.

Application

MILLIPLEX® Qualified assays undergo rigorous assay development, verification, and Quality Control testing to achieve optimal performance. Simultaneously analyze 2 analytes in human, mouse, or rat cell lysate samples.

Analytes Included: mTOR (Phospho-Ser2448), mTOR (Total)
