-MAPmate™ fosfo-specifiche e totali, es GSK3β totale e GSK3β (Ser 9). -MAPmates™ PanTyr e sito-specifiche come fosfo-recettore EGF e fosfo-STAT1 (Tyr701).

Description
Purified mouse monoclonal antibody. Recognizes the ~70-80 kDa bone sialoprotein.
Background
Except for osteocalcin and osteonectin, bone sialoprotein (BSP) is one of the major noncollagenous proteins in the extracellular matrix of bone. BSP could be useful as a potential serum marker for monitoring bone remodeling in diseases concerning bone turnover, pathological bone alterations and the rapid increase of osteoporosis.
