      Description
OverviewNative trypsin from bovine pancreas. Serine protease that specifically hydrolyzes amides, peptides and proteins at the C-terminal side of arginine and lysine residues. Inhibitors include aprotinin, DFP, and soybean trypsin inhibitor. Note: 1 MU = 1,000,000 units.
      Note: 1 NF unit = 1 USP unit = 3 SU at 30°C, pH 7.6; 1 TAME unit = 19.2 USP units = 57.5 BAEE units; 1 MU = 1,000,000 units.
