Our broad portfolio consists of multiplex panels that allow you to choose, within the panel, analytes that best meet your needs. On a separate tab you can choose the premixed cytokine format or a single plex kit.
Cell Signaling Kits & MAPmates™
Choose fixed kits that allow you to explore entire pathways or processes. Or design your own kits by choosing single plex MAPmates™, following the provided guidelines.
The following MAPmates™ should not be plexed together:
-MAPmates™ that require a different assay buffer
-Phospho-specific and total MAPmate™ pairs, e.g. total GSK3β and GSK3β (Ser 9)
-PanTyr and site-specific MAPmates™, e.g. Phospho-EGF Receptor and phospho-STAT1 (Tyr701)
-More than 1 phospho-MAPmate™ for a single target (Akt, STAT3)
-GAPDH and β-Tubulin cannot be plexed with kits or MAPmates™ containing panTyr

ELISpot assays may be performed either with antibodies directly conjugated to the detection motif (enzyme or fluorochrome) or as a two-step process involving a biotin/streptavidin-conjugated Ab pair.
With over 35 years experience, Estapor® Microspheres is a leading brand of polymeric supports for in vitro diagnostics, life sciences, biotechnology, cosmetics, electronics and environment applications.
Detection methods for western blotting rely on conjugated enzymes, catalyzing the degradation of three specific substrates, and resulting in signal generation.
We provide a broad selection of chemiluminescent westerns including HRP (horseradish peroxide) substrates, the most sensitive in blotting and premixed for convenience.
You can find the instructions for use for approximately 160 products for bacteriology, cytology, hematology, histology as well as for other applications
Immunohistochemistry (IHC) uses antibodies binding specifically to antigens in biological tissues to visualize proteins, carbohydrates, and lipids of interest.
The optical properties of the membrane are important when a constituent of the filtration stream is captured on the filter and then processed to allow visualization of reflectance, transmittance, chemiluminescence or fluorescence. This page describes how optical properties, such as transparency upon wetting and low autofluorescence, affect the quality of visualization.
We offer years of experience in antibody, reagent and IVD kit manufacturing and combines it with a full range of custom and contract manufacturing services for the diagnostic manufacturer.
