Application NotesImmunohistochemistry: 1:250-1:1,000 on paraffin embedded sections. 1:3,000-1:6,000 on frozen sections. 1:4,000-1:8,000 on whole mounts. Recommended fixative MEMFA.

Western blot: 1:2,500-1:5,000

Immunoprecipitation: 1:200

This antibody will work well in immunofluorescence. Use a secondary antibody conjugated to biotin and then streptavidin-conjugated to fluorochrome.

Optimal working dilutions must be determined by the end user.
