Our broad portfolio consists of multiplex panels that allow you to choose, within the panel, analytes that best meet your needs. On a separate tab you can choose the premixed cytokine format or a single plex kit.
Cell Signaling Kits & MAPmates™
Choose fixed kits that allow you to explore entire pathways or processes. Or design your own kits by choosing single plex MAPmates™, following the provided guidelines.
The following MAPmates™ should not be plexed together:
-MAPmates™ that require a different assay buffer
-Phospho-specific and total MAPmate™ pairs, e.g. total GSK3β and GSK3β (Ser 9)
-PanTyr and site-specific MAPmates™, e.g. Phospho-EGF Receptor and phospho-STAT1 (Tyr701)
-More than 1 phospho-MAPmate™ for a single target (Akt, STAT3)
-GAPDH and β-Tubulin cannot be plexed with kits or MAPmates™ containing panTyr

Antibodies and assays are offered with breadth and depth in major research areas: Neuroscience, Epigenetics, CellSignaling, Cancer and Cell Structure, backed by excellent service and support.
Antibodies have been a critical tools for most areas of life science research. The basic principle of any immunochemical technique is that a specific antibody will combine with its specific antigen to generate an exclusive antibody-antigen complex. The nature of this bond is a molecular tag for used in every biological research areas. We have a very strong, interactive customer base that continuously requests new or modified antibody targets for research that matters to them. Your research motivates our search for, and development of antibodies that advance science - one target at a time. Our portfolio contains over 10,000 quality antibodies.
Merck provides assays in major research areas: Neuroscience, Epigenetics, CellSignaling, Cancer, Cell Structure. Our portfolio of live cell assays, whole-cell assays, and activity assays and reporter systems advances direct and indirect detection of signaling and other cellular processes. Succeed in your research efforts with Merck's assays.
Merck develops new antibodies and small molecules to support advance research. Scientist needs precise, dependable antibodies to study the latest targets and discover new molecules. At Merck, our scientists evaluate potential antibody targets to determine if our customers can benefit from new antibody target developments. We then work to produce specific, validated antibodies for success in various research applications.
Whether you need ultrasensitive detection from a Singulex assay, maximum throughput from a Gyrolab workstation, robust ELISAs or rich profiling data from a Luminex panel, our immunoassay platforms help you get data you can trust out of each sample, with minimal repetition, so you can make the best next-step decisions.
For modulating oxidative stress, an unstable cellular environment caused by an excess of free radicals, we provide high quality small molecules inhibitors.
As we age, our stem cells eventually lose their ability to divide and we are unable to replace the stem cells that have migrated, differentiated, or died. As a result, we show outward symbols of aging.
