Our broad portfolio consists of multiplex panels that allow you to choose, within the panel, analytes that best meet your needs. On a separate tab you can choose the premixed cytokine format or a single plex kit.
Cell Signaling Kits & MAPmates™
Choose fixed kits that allow you to explore entire pathways or processes. Or design your own kits by choosing single plex MAPmates™, following the provided guidelines.
The following MAPmates™ should not be plexed together:
-MAPmates™ that require a different assay buffer
-Phospho-specific and total MAPmate™ pairs, e.g. total GSK3β and GSK3β (Ser 9)
-PanTyr and site-specific MAPmates™, e.g. Phospho-EGF Receptor and phospho-STAT1 (Tyr701)
-More than 1 phospho-MAPmate™ for a single target (Akt, STAT3)
-GAPDH and β-Tubulin cannot be plexed with kits or MAPmates™ containing panTyr

The Clarisolve® mPAA polymer is a stimulus-responsive flocculation polymer designed specifically to enable a simpler clarification of high density cell culture monoclonal antibody (mAb) processes, and provides an alternative to centrifugation for these challenging bioreactor harvests when used in combination with Clarisolve® depth filters.
Information on pDADMAC (diallyldimethyl-ammonium chloride) and mPAA Polycationic polymer modified poly (allyl amine) flocculation polymer, pre-treatment solutions for clarification of pre-treated feed streams.
Clarification of mammalian cell culture involves multiple steps and, typically, a systematic combination of unit operations which can include centrifugation, tangential flow filtration, depth filtration, and sterile filtration.
At the process optimization stage, begin work on confirmatory sizing trials (pilot testing). Further confirmation of your initial sizing studies is important since the cell culture fluid has most likely been through optimization
The goals of scale-up are to create reproducible product yield, contaminant removal, quality, and purity. Design finalization is your next critical challenge.
Once the process of scale-up is completed and commercial production has started, what can help you to ensure smooth operation in the years ahead? Find services and expertise can help you meet this goal.
To meet your downstream processing needs, lead times for Millistak+® HC, Millistak+® HC Pro and Clarisolve® Depth filters for primary and secondary clarification have been reduced. Products are in stock, and we are back to business as usual.
