The Request Details section captures all key information for your custom product: delivery date, expected quantities, request description, as well as packaging and labelling preferences. Collapsible sub-sections for product information, storage and shipment, labelling, specification testing, and packaging keep the interface clean and focused.
Build your recipe
For Custom CCM requests, build your recipe ingredient by ingredient or via mass upload in the Define Formulation screen. The tool validates each entry in real time, flagging items that require attention with inline prompts. Where action is needed—for example, a hygroscopic component to be handled separately during hydration—the mConfig™ Configurator displays a clear notification with options to Acknowledge, Exchange, or Skip.
In Release 3.0, the Open TE Prediction Center button is available directly from this screen, giving you an immediate TE risk assessment of your recipe as you build it.
Saving a draft or submitting a request
The Summary screen displays all choices made across the configuration process. Save your work as a draft at any point and return later, or submit your completed request directly to our manufacturing team.

A step-progress indicator guides you through each stage of the request process.

After logging in, the mConfig™ Configurator home screen gives immediate access to all request types:

Selecting a product type opens a guided pop-up—for example, choosing between a new imMEDIAte ADVANTAGE® request, a GMP Product Request, or a CCM Raw Material Repack Request—with a contextual explanation panel to help you select the right option.
