General description
A dual reuptake inhibitor of serotonin-norepinephrine with strong preference to serotonin (Ki = 82 and 2480 nM for SERT and NET respectively). Also inhibits reuptake of dopamine. Used in studies of depression, ADHD, and stress-related anxiety.
