  • Simultaneous determination of monochloropropanediol esters and glycidyl esters in vegetable oils by acidic transesterification-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.: This study by Wang et al. presents a method for detecting harmful compounds in vegetable oils using sulfuric acid for transesterification, followed by GC-MS analysis (Wang et al., 2022).
