| What does automation compatible mean? | Automation certified is a term which indicates that the filters are: specifically engineered to be compatible with robotic systems including the TPWII, Multidose, Prelude and BenchMate Workstations as well as Zymate stations that use filtration tested against manufacturing tolerances to meet key criteria for improved accuracy and reliability uniform in housing design and critical dimensions reliably delivered to the filtration positions through optimized inlet and outlet mating consistent in filter-to-filter operation |

- Two to four times greater throughput than syringe filters without prefilters
- For manual or automated use
- Low-extractable polyethylene housing
Greater Throughput for Easier Filtration
The HPF Millex includes two different media: a graduated glass fiber prefilter (10.0 to 0.7 µm) to remove larger particles and a 0.20 or 0.45 µm membrane filter for fine filtration. This combination of media provides significantly greater throughput than standard filters without prefiltration media, especially when filtering particle-laden solutions.
Available in Standard and Automation Compatible Packs
HPF Millex filters are available in boxes for individual sample filtration and in tubes for use on automated systems, including Zymark BenchMate™, Prelude™, MultiDose® Plus, and TPW™II workstations.
The filters feature a pressure-resistant, domed housing and an optimized
Luer-Lok® connection to ensure reliable delivery by automated systems.
Some PTFE membrane containing products may be limited to specific applications. Those products will contain an inset specifying the limits of use.
