Zero Adjustment with Spectroquant®

In photometry it is of prime importance to minimize error sources and maintain accuracy. Even a slight change in temperature or a scratch on the cell might interfere with your results. Zero adjustment allows you to easily calibrate your Spectroquant® photometer to ensure that you always achieve comparable results.

Easy Handling

Each cell type has a different absorbance. If you wish to change your cell type you should keep a cell filled with distilled water handy. Simply press Blank Zero before inserting your cell and the Spectroquant® Pharo spectrometer will automatically start the procedure. The zero adjustment and date will be saved for better documentation.
