Detect Two Biomarkers Simultaneously with Dual-plex Kits Optimized for the FemtoQuest™ System
The new SMC® 2-plex Human IL-17A, IL-17F High Sensitivity Immunoassay Kit (Cat. No. 03-0214-2P) enables simultaneous detection of Th17 cytokines, IL-17A and IL-17F with equivalent or better sensitivity than its single-analyte counterparts, with half the sample volume. This technological improvement saves time and precious reagents, while providing results you can trust.

Similar trends appear for IL-17 analytes assayed with either dual-plex or single analyte kits.Box and whisker plot showing differentiation of apparently healthy (dark shade) and disease state (light shade) samples for IL-17A (A) and IL-17F (B) assayed in the dual-plex kit (blue) and corresponding single analyte kits (yellow). Sample size includes 10 apparently healthy and 10 autoimmune disease samples.
