Karen Chan is the Head of Downstream MSAT at our company, based in Singapore, with over 16 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry. Karen has led and contributed to numerous process development, troubleshooting, and collaborative projects with biotech companies in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. Her technical expertise focuses on tangential flow filtration (TFF) and virus-related downstream technologies, with contributions to publications on topics such as single-pass TFF, media filtration, and Quality by Design (QbD). She holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the National University of Singapore and is a certified Workforce Skills Qualification (WSQ) trainer in Singapore.
