Western blot: 1:1,000-1:10,000 colorimetric; 1:1,000-1:30,000 ECL.

Immunocytochemistry: 1:100-1:400

ELISA: 1:100-1:500 for coating; 1:1,000-1:30,000 for primary.Immunofluorescence-suitable

Immunoprecipitation: 2-5μg/mL in 300-500μL of cell lysate (150-300μg/mL total protein). Lysis buffer 0.5% triton X-100 with proteinase inhibitors. Use high quality protein A beads or anti-rabbit conjugated beads for best results. Run bead-only (no T7 antibody) controls to mark bands related to protein A breakdown products.

Optimal working dilutions must be determined by the end user.

Biochem/physiol Actions

T7 (MASMTGGQQMG). Rabbits were immunized with T7 (MASMTGGQQMG) conjugated to KLH. Antibody was isolated by affinity chromatography using the peptide immobilized on solid support.

Physical form

Affinity purified immunoglobulin. Liquid in PBS, pH 7.2 with 0.1% sodium azide.
