Western blot: 1-10 μg/mL using ECL.

ELISA: 0.5-1 μg/mL using 1 μg/mL control peptide per well.

Optimal working dilutions must be determined by the end user.

Recognizes drosophila BMAL1. The immunogen shows no significant sequence homology with mammalian Clock or Per proteins. Significant homology is seen with mammalian USF′s (Upstream Stimulatory Factors 1 and 2) and human and mouse BMAL1 and ARNTs.

SPECIES REACTIVITIES: The immunogen sequence has no homology with mammalian Clock or Per proteins. Reactivity with other species has not been confirmed.

Affinity purified immunoglobulin. Liquid in phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, containing 0.1% BSA and 0.1% sodium azide.

Maintain at -20°C in undiluted aliquots for up to 6 months. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
