Detect Apolipoprotein A-II using this Anti-Apolipoprotein A-II Antibody validated for use in ELISA, IP, WB, IH(P).
Immunoblotting: 1:5,000-1:10,000

Immunohistochemistry on paraffin embedded tissue: 1:50-1:200

Immunoprecipitation

ELISA: 1:4,000-1:8,000 using 1 μg of Apo A-II in standard sandwich.

Optimal working dilutions must be determined by end user.

Physical form

Affinity purified immunoglobulin. Liquid in 0.125 M Sodium Borate buffer, 0.075 M Sodium Chloride, 0.005 M EDTA, pH 8.0, with 0.01% sodium azide.

Preparation Note

Maintain at 2-8°C in undiluted aliquots for several weeks. For extended storage mix with an equal volume of glycerol, aliquot contents and freeze at -20°C or below for up to 12 months. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
