Apolipoprotein A-II, Human. Negligible cross reactivity to Apo A-I, B, C-I, C-II, C-III, E and J by ELISA. Negligible non-specific cross reaction with other human serum proteins.
Physical form
Affinity purified immunoglobulin. Liquid in 0.125 M Sodium Borate buffer, 0.075 M Sodium Chloride, 0.005 M EDTA, pH 8.0, with 0.01% sodium azide.
Preparation Note
Maintain at 2-8°C in undiluted aliquots for several weeks. For extended storage mix with an equal volume of glycerol, aliquot contents and freeze at -20°C or below for up to 12 months. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
