General description

KLH-conjugated linear peptide corresponding to a sequence from the C-terminal cytoplasmic tail of human APH-1A.
~32 kDa observed. 29.00 kDa (isoform 1; isoform L; isoform Alph-alpha1), 26.84 kDa (isoform 2; isoform S; isoform Alph-alpha2), 20.98 kDa (isoform 3) calculated.

Application

Epitope: C-terminal cytoplasmic tail.

Biochem/physiol Actions

Expected to react with all three spliced isoforms of human APH-1A reported by UniProt (Q96BI3).

Physical form

Purified rabbit polyclonal antibody in buffer containing 0.1 M Tris-Glycine (pH 7.4), 150 mM NaCl with 0.05% sodium azide.

Preparation Note

Stable for 1 year at 2-8°C from date of receipt.

Analysis Note

Evaluated by Western Blotting in human kidney tissue lysate.

Western Blotting Analysis: 2.0 µg/mL of this antibody detected APH-1A in 10 µg of human kidney tissue lysate.

Human, Rat. Predicted to react with Mouse, Monkey based on 100% sequence homology.
