General description
GST-tagged recombinant protein corresponding to the C-terminus of human EDG3.
~52 kDa observed. The calculated molecular weight of this protein is 42 kDa, but can be observed at ~52 kDa due to high glycosylation (Magrassi, L., et al. (2010). Cancer Letters. 290(1):36-42). Uncharacterized band(s) may appear in some lysates.
