General description

IKK alpha antibody was raised against a 19 amino acid peptide near the carboxy terminus of human IKK alpha.
~83 kDa observed. Uncharacterized bands may be observed in some lysate(s).

Preparation Note

Analysis Note

Evaluated by Western Blotting in HeLa whole cell lysate.

Western Blotting Analysis (WB): A 1:1,000 dilution of this antibody detected IKK alpha in HeLa whole cell lysate.
