General description
KLH-conjugated linear peptide corresponding to a sequence from the third C2-type Ig-like domain of human MCAM/CD146.
~113 kDa observed. Target band size appears larger than the calculated molecular weights of 70.90 kDa (isoform 1) and 56.89 kDa (isoform 2) due to glycosylation.
Application
Epitope: C2-type Ig-like domain 3.
Biochem/physiol Actions
Expected to react with both spliced isoforms of human MCAM/CD146 reported by UniProt (P43121).
Physical form
Purified rabbit polyclonal antibody in buffer containing 0.1 M Tris-Glycine (pH 7.4), 150 mM NaCl with 0.05% sodium azide.

Evaluated by Western Blotting in HeLa cell lysate.
