Reacts with Rat IgG gamma chain, as well as the light chains from all rat immunoglobulin classes. Monospecific on IEP against whole rat serum. Single band on IEP at a concentration of 10 mg/mL when run against rabbit anti goat whole serum.

Physical form

RECONSTITUTION:

Reconstitute with sterile distilled water to match the volume indicated on the vial label. Centrifuge or vortex this product if it is not completely clear after standing for 1-2 hours at room temperature.

Preparation Note

Store lyophilized material at 2-8°C until opened. After reconstitution this product is stable for several weeks at 2-8°C as an undiluted liquid. DO NOT FREEZE. For extended storage after reconstitution, add an equal volume of glycerol to make a final concentration of 50% glycerol and store at 2-8°C for up to 12 months. Please note that the concentration of protein and buffer salts will decrease to one-half of the original after adding glycerol.
