General description
Purified mouse monoclonal antibody. Recognizes the ~94 kDa progesteron receptor A and the ~120 kDa progesterone receptor B.
Recognizes the ~94 kDa progesterone receptor A and the ~120 kDa progesterone receptor B in T47D cells and human breast carcinoma tissue.
This Anti-Progesterone Receptor (Ab-1) Mouse mAb (PR4-12) is validated for use in Immunoblotting, Paraffin Sections for the detection of Progesterone Receptor (Ab-1).

No pre-treatment required for staining human paraffin sections but using the pressure cooker method may enhance staining. Trypsin is required for rat or chicken paraffin sections. Trypsin/saponin is required for feline paraffin sections. Antibody should be titrated for optimal results in individual systems.
