Glycoprotein-A repetitions predominant (GARP), otherwise known as leucine-rich repeat-containing protein 32 (LRRC32) is an orphan toll-like receptor containing multiple leucine-rich repeats. It is expressed on human regulatory T cells (Tregs) in response to TCR-mediated signaling, and may play a role in immunosuppression, by a TGFβ-mediated pathway.
