Detect Tenascin using this Anti-Tenascin Antibody, type III repeats 4 & 5, clone 4F8 validated for use in ELISA, WB & IC.
Immunocytochemistry at 2 g/mL on U251 cells

Immunoblotting (Western) at 2 g/mL to detect whole tenascin under reducing conditions

ELISA: 2 x 10-10 M endpoint dilution

Affinity constant Kd= 2 x 10-10

Final working dilutions must be determined by end user.
