Application

Epitope: a.a. 4-190

Biochem/physiol Actions

Clone SP8 is expected to react with all four spliced isoforms. Clone SP8 is reactive toward syntaxin-1A a.a. 4-190 recombinant fragment expressed in E. coli, indicative of an antigenicity independent of posttranslational modification.

Physical form

Purified Mouse monoclonal IgG1κ antibody in buffer containing 0.1 M Tris-Glycine (pH 7.4), 150 mM NaCl with 0.05% sodium azide.

Preparation Note

Stable for 1 year at 2-8°C from date of receipt.

Analysis Note

Evaluated by Western Blotting in SHSY-5Y cell lysate.

Western Blotting Analysis: 1.0 µg/mL of this antibody detected Syntaxin-1A in 10 µg of SHSY-5Y cell lysate.
