This Anti-Cranin Antibody, aa572-604 of human sequence, clone 6C1 is validated for use in ELISA, IC, IH for the detection of Cranin.
Biochem/physiol Actions
Cranin (dystroglycan), extracellular site, near the C-terminus of the alpha-subunit. The expression and localization of cranin varies considerably according to the cells physiologic state and differentiaion state. MAB371 recognizes the same peptide region as MAB373 but a different epitope.
Physical form
Ascites Liquid.
Preparation Note
Maintain at -20°C in undiluted aliquots for up to 12 months from date of receipt. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
