General description

GST-tagged recombinant protein corresponding to an internal fragment from the C-terminal half of human STK24.
~55 kDa observed. Uncharacterized band(s) may appear in some lysates.

Application

Epitope: Internal (C-terminal half).

Biochem/physiol Actions

Expected to react with both spliced isoforms reported by UniProt (Q9Y6E0). Reactivity toward the posttranslationally cleaved N-terminal 36 kDa subunit (a.a. 1-325) and the C-terminal 12 kDa subunit (a.a. 326-443) has not been determined.

Physical form

Purified mouse monoclonal IgG2bκ antibody in buffer containing 0.1 M Tris-Glycine (pH 7.4), 150 mM NaCl with 0.05% sodium azide.

Preparation Note

Stable for 1 year at 2-8°C from date of receipt.

Analysis Note

Evaluated by Western Blotting in Raji cell lysate.

Western Blotting Analysis: 0.5 µg/mL of this antibody detected STK24 in 200 µg of Raji cell lysate.
